Come earlier 5 minite , go back later 5 minite

This morning when i went in to the classroom , found Mr. Gao was saying to the guys already there , "When you work for some one, if you go to work earlier than others ,and come back 5 minite later , that will give your boss good impression, which cound not buy by money , which will give you chances more than others. " That makes me think about impression. i think it is an art. Absolutely an art.
